Joseph Guardino, Associate

Joseph Guardino is an associate with Hach & Rose, LLP. He handles a wide array of cases including construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Prior to joining the Hach & Rose, LLP team, Mr. Guardino spent six years at a prominent New York City personal injury firm, obtaining the title of Junior Partner. Mr. Guardino is a zealous advocate for his clients and has settled numerous cases in excess of one million dollars through his aggressive litigation tactics and keen attention to detail.

Mr. Guardino obtained his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an active member of the Italian American Club and intramural softball program. As a lifelong New Yorker, Mr. Guardino prides himself on representing members of his community during their toughest times. Outside of work, Mr. Guardino is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
