Pine Plains, NY (May 3, 2019) – A Hudson Valley man who was arrested on child pornography charges in March is now facing even more charges of the same nature, police announced on Friday, May 3rd. 34-year-old Nicholas J. Terilli was initially arrested for use of a child in a sexual performance, possession of a sexual performance by a child, and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to authorities, Terilli was arrested in March after state troopers responded to a domestic dispute call at a home located on Main Street. While investigating the domestic incident, troopers were reported to have discovered child pornography in Terilli’s possession. Further investigation led to the seizure of several storage devices, which police say contained child pornography.
In the latest reports concerning this case, a grand jury has now added more charges against Terilli, including two counts of sexual abuse, two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, and two counts of sexual performance by a child.
